Wrong or damaged product
If you received any wrong or damaged product then don’t wait to inform us. Inform with in 3-5 days on our email support@gelopi.com.au and send us the pictures/video. We’ll pick that up from your place and arrange the correct product for you.
Change of mind
Nothing to worry, if you changed your mind then inform us on our support email. We’ll let you know how to return the product and claim the product cost. Please note: In both wrong product delivered and change of mind, the rug must be in unused condition and must be packed back in it’s original packing.
